Return Policy

Please obtain a return authorization number from Dr. Segal's prior to returning your items by emailing sales@drsegals.com. 
  • Unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • A receipt or proof of purchase
  • 25% restocking fee

Some items cannot be refunded, including:

  • Shipping costs

  • Sale items (if applicable)

Dr. Segal's does not provide prepaid return shipping labels.  All return costs are at the customer's expense.  We highly suggest customers obtain a tracking number, when shipping return items.

If you have any questions regarding your online orders and our return policy, please contact our customer service team at 1-855-880-1027 between 9am - 5pm CST prior to placing your order. 

 Refunds

All returns take approximately 5 - 7 business days processing time to receive a refund once the package is delivered back to our warehouse.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

There are a few reasons why you might not have received your refund. Here is how you can proceed: 

  • Make sure you check your bank account again
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@drsegals.com or 1-855-880-1027 between 9am and 5pm CST. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs as well as brokerage fees, customs duties and/or taxes for returning your item if necessary. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
